Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management tool, which will give you total authority over your email box accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can create a new mailbox in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Also, you can forward electronic mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, create mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and defend your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific e-mail box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages based on certain rules set by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Simply choose the e-mail box account you wish to redirect messages from, then select the destination e-mail box and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you would like to set up on your personal computer or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email mailboxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
